Responsibilities: - Manage monthly closing of financial system and preparation of financial reports.
- Manage monthly, quarterly and annual SEC filings.
- Determine accounting policy and procedures.
- Manage purchasing function, review and approve purchase orders.

- Manage and perform Sarbanes-Oxley testing.

Responsibilities - Prepare and manage preparation of regulatory submissions.
- Liaise with Regulatory Agencies and industry bodies: provide strategic and tactical regulatory support to Genta staff.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate regulatory trends.
- Initiate, implement and execute Project Management tasks associated with the drug development process
- Review and approve final label copy, promotional and advertising materials.
- Provide guidance and direction to Project Management and others regarding regulatory requirements.
- Provide input as to technologies and related programs needed for accomplishing business objectives.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field; advanced degree or RACS certification preferred.
- 7 years of professional experience in Regulatory Affairs with demonstrated knowledge/experience in the following areas:
- Broad knowledge of prescription regulations associated with the drug development and approval process. Oncology experience preferred.
- Proven track record of management, compilation, submission and maintenance of US and European regulatory filings (IND, CTA, CTD). Knowledge of electronic submission requirements preferred.
- Managing Regulatory Affairs and Project Management tasks for the preparation, implementation and execution of submissions within designated timeframes, including timely responses to Agency questions.
- Interacting directly with Regulatory Agencies and external providers in order to meet designated timeframes and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Creativity, foresight and ability to provide input to activities of importance.
- Strong interpersonal and management skills.
- Travel: approximately 5-10%
