scheduled to present at the 2001 Healthcare Conference sponsored by
Tucker Anthony Sutro Capital Markets. Mr. Thomas Burger,
Vice-President for Corporate Development, plans to review and
update investors on Gentas clinical activities, business strategy,
and recent Company developments. The presentation is scheduled for
Thursday April 5, 2001 at 8:40 a.m. Pacific Time at the meeting
